Professionally applied Supagard ExteriorGard Glass Coating - A two stage process.
Stage 1 - Pre-Cleaning
The Surfaces of the car are prepared for the coating by being thoroughly cleaned. Supagard's specially formulated Pre-Cleaning solution contains Aliphatic Solvents, Alcohols and Carrying Agents that effectively remove all residual:
Stage 2 - Polysilazane Glass Coating
From the moment the coating is applied in its liquid form, three reactions happen as it hardens and then cures:
Stabilising Agents - The Stabilisers disperse harmlessly into the atmosphere triggering the the curing process.
Levelling Agents - The levelling agents in the solution make it 'self-level' meaning that the surface never receives an uneven coating. As long as it is coated, it will always be covered evenly.
Bonding Process - The Polysilazane, Hydrophobic Polymer and Elastomeric Polymer molecules, bond with the surface forming
a super hard, U.V. stable, highly reflective protective coating.
